Aviation Subdivision is where our elders spent their lives building a close-knit community of neighborhood advocates.

They formed block clubs and community gardens. They worked together to maintain the neighborhood's stability and character. They also supported each other.

Aviation Sub Neighborhood Solutions was born out of a desire to ensure that our elderly residents can age in place with dignity and thrive in the supportive, stable community they built.

We plan to do much more
